The Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (VGRC), a crucial initiative to enhance regional industrial growth and global cooperation, is set to take place in Surat on May 1 and 2. The event will be led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Gujarat's Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, according to a release from the Chief Minister's Office.
VGRC aims to transform local industries into global competitors by attracting sector-specific investments and establishing broader market partnerships. These regional conferences will serve as both platforms to demonstrate Gujarat's achievements and vehicles for new initiatives, contributing to the narrative of the state's economic growth.
Sectors like Chemicals, Textiles, Pharmaceuticals, and IT among others will be spotlighted during various seminars. Simultaneously, a Regional Exhibition, including programs like the Vendor Development Programme and International Reverse Buyer Seller Meet, will underscore Gujarat Sthapana Divas, further boosting economic collaboration.
