In response to the escalating crisis in West Asia, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav announced the creation of a three-member committee to address potential disruptions in gas and oil supplies. He assured residents that the existing stock is sufficient to meet current needs and advised against panic.

During a review meeting, CM Yadav emphasized the state's collaboration with the central government in maintaining supply stability across the country, including Madhya Pradesh. Efforts are also being made to ensure the secure return of Indian citizens, particularly those from Madhya Pradesh, who are currently in Gulf countries. A dedicated helpline has already received 255 contacts, with further plans to facilitate their safe repatriation with the help of the central authorities.
