Firefighters swiftly responded to a blaze in Sahibabad Industrial Area, Site 4, where two factories caught fire. With the situation promptly managed by fire services, Chief Fire Officer Rahul Pal confirmed the flames were subdued in 30 minutes without casualties.

Authorities were alerted when a bike parts factory and an adjacent facility erupted into flames at noon. Initial firefighting efforts involved four fire trucks, with additional support from Noida and Hapur, ensuring quick control of the situation.

In a separate incident, tragedy struck in the Bhiwadi area of Rajasthan, where a chemical factory fire claimed at least seven lives. Rajasthan Congress President Govind Singh Dotasra urged immediate action, condemning recurring industrial disasters. Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed condolences and wished for the injured's recovery.
