Russia has attacked thermal power plants in various Ukrainian regions, private energy company DTEK said on Thursday.
"Thermal power plant equipment was seriously damaged. We are working to mitigate the consequences," DTEK said in a statement on the Telegram messaging app.
"This is the third massive attack on the company's thermal power plants in October."
