Tragic Fire Claims Four Lives in Vashi Tower Inferno
A devastating fire in a Vashi residential building took the lives of four individuals, leaving ten others injured. The blaze, originating on the 10th floor, rapidly spread to higher levels but was contained by firefighters. An investigation is ongoing, with some patients already discharged after treatment.

A tragic fire incident claimed the lives of four people and left ten others injured in a multi-storey residential building in Vashi, officials reported on Tuesday. Firefighters swiftly responded to the emergency, containing the blaze and transporting the injured to hospitals in the Vashi area.
According to Assistant Commissioner of Police Adinath Raghunath Budhwant, the fire erupted unexpectedly at 12:30 pm on the 10th floor and quickly spread to the 11th and 12th floors. With 14 people affected, four succumbed to their injuries. The police confirmed that the injured are receiving medical treatment, with many already discharged from healthcare facilities.
The incident is currently under rigorous investigation to determine the cause. In a related development, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation reported another fatal fire incident a day earlier in Mumbai's Cuffe Parade area, claiming one life and injuring three others.
