Anjali Raghav, a Haryanvi actor, has retracted her allegations against Bhojpuri actor-singer Pawan Singh, officials revealed on Thursday. This development occurred during a hearing by the Haryana State Women's Commission chaired by Renu Bhatia in Faridabad.
Although Singh previously apologized on social media and did not attend the hearing, Raghav alleges that his social media team disseminated misleading content using her photos and videos after an incident at a Lucknow stage show last year. Raghav claims her personal information surfaced on inappropriate websites, causing distress.
Despite dropping charges against Singh, Raghav requested action against the team members involved. The Commission has directed them to respond by the next hearing on April 6 in Panchkula. This ongoing situation arose from an August incident where a video led to public backlash, eventually escalating to official complaints.
