Zubeen Garg was on a leisure yacht trip near Lazarus Island when he tragically drowned on September 19, 2025. According to police findings, Garg removed his life jacket and ventured back into the water, where he swam alone, resulting in his unresponsiveness due to severe intoxication.
This week, the coroner's report corroborated the police's findings, ruling out foul play and confirming the cause of Garg's death as accidental drowning. The investigation revealed evidence consistent with the absence of any criminal activity.
