In a heartfelt appeal at a mass wedding festival in Gujarat's Gandhinagar district, Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi called on families to treat their daughters-in-law with the same respect and affection that they would bestow upon their own daughters. Addressing the assembled crowd, Sanghavi stressed the significance of this gesture in fostering equality and harmony within families.
Sanghavi praised the Thakor community for its considerable contributions to the state's development, noting that under the leadership of current Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, progress initiated during former Chief Minister and Prime Minister Narendra Modi's tenure has achieved unprecedented momentum.
Additionally, Sanghavi urged community leaders to ensure the effective delivery of government schemes, such as Ayushman Bharat, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, and Kisan Samman Nidhi, to every corner of society, thereby promoting inclusive growth and support for all citizens.
