The release of 'The Kerala Story 2' has sparked controversy, with Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan condemning it as a 'hate-mongering film.' He urged the public to view the film's intentions with 'utmost gravity' as it allegedly aims to fracture the secular fabric of the state.
In response, BJP leader Sobha Surendran emphasized the significance of freedom of expression, suggesting that titles of films should not be scrutinized. She acknowledged that many films criticize political entities like the RSS and BJP but noted their respect for artistic freedom.
