Bihar has once again set a benchmark in educational excellence and efficiency as the state announced its Intermediate (class 12) examination results with an impressive pass percentage of 85.19%. According to Education Minister Sunil Kumar, this is the eighth consecutive year that Bihar has released these results ahead of any other state.

A total of 13.04 lakh students participated in this year’s examination. Female students led the way, recording an 86.23% pass rate compared to 84.09% for male students. Impressively, 19 of the 26 top spot achievers were female, with girls dominating the arts and commerce streams while a boy led the science stream.

Kumar highlighted that the efficient use of technology enabled the completion of the evaluation process in just 25 days, ensuring a fair and transparent system. This swift process underscores the state's commitment to leveraging technology for educational progress.
