ASM Sets World Record in AI Education: Transforming National Science Day into a Historic Benchmark

The ASM Group of Institutes marked a historic milestone by setting a World Record for the 'Largest Multi-Campus AI Skill Workshops Conducted Across Multiple Venues' during the ASM AI Fest 2026. Held on National Science Day, the event showcased a coordinated effort in AI education.

Over 6,000 participants, including students, staff, and AI professionals, engaged in 150 AI skill workshops and 50 competitions, reflecting a pioneering approach to applied science. The announcement was made by World Records India in a ceremony attended by ASM's leadership and key stakeholders.

The 15-day event emphasized the practical application of AI technology, emboldening institutional transformation. ASM's Chairman, Dr. Sandeep Pachpande, highlighted that the achievement is a foundation for continued AI development, transitioning from awareness to leadership in AI education.
