Odisha Class 10 Exams: A Security-Driven Affair
The Class 10 final examination by the Odisha board has commenced with tight security across 3,082 centers. With a three-tier security system and AI-enabled CCTV, the exams aim to ensure integrity. Students appeared for the Odia paper on day one, under prohibitions and vigilance to prevent malpractice.

The Odisha board's Class 10 final examination kicked off on Thursday, engaging more than 5.61 lakh students. Conducted by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE), the exams, encompassing the High School Certificate, Madhyama, and Open School Certificate, will run until March 2.
With exams housed across 3,082 centres, a stringent security framework is in place. A three-tier squad system and special vigilance teams ensure smooth proceedings and prevent malpractices. AI-enabled CCTV cameras centrally monitor examination halls, while QR codes and watermarks enhance the integrity of question papers.
Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi conveyed encouraging wishes to the examinees, emphasizing mental composure and confidence as keys to success. He advised maintaining a positive mindset, illustrating the significance of exams beyond academic evaluation, as a test of patience and perseverance.
