Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has extended an invitation to industry leaders to invest in Himachal Pradesh, particularly in the tourism, food processing, and Information Technology (IT) sectors. At the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) Himachal Pradesh Annual Conference in Shimla, he assured investors of complete support and stated that any harassment of industrialists will not be tolerated.

Emphasizing the state's focus on environmental sustainability, the chief minister highlighted plans for significant investment in the tourism and hospitality sectors, with a commitment of Rs 3,000 crore. Infrastructure projects, such as district-level heliports and the expansion of the Kangra airport, are part of this initiative. A Bulk Drug Park in Haroli, Una district, will also offer incentives to investors.
