The Northeast Frontier Railway announced the launch of an intercity train service connecting Narangi near Guwahati and Agartala, scheduled for March 13.
Tripura Transport Minister Sushanta Chowdhury extended his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, and Chief Minister Manik Saha for their support in enhancing regional connectivity.
The train is set to halt at key stations, offering convenient travel and improved connectivity, benefiting passengers from Assam's Barak Valley, the hill districts, and Tripura.
