Guo Jiakun, spokesperson for the ministry, commented during a routine news briefing when queried about the possible reopening of train services set for Thursday. He emphasized that China supports the relevant authorities of both countries in strengthening communication practices.
This effort aims to create more favorable conditions for bilateral personnel exchanges, allowing for smoother and more frequent interactions between China and North Korea.
