Karnataka Boosts Electronics Investment with Industry Engagement
Karnataka Minister M B Patil visited electronics companies Kaynes Technologies and Cyient DLM, urging expansion in Karnataka. Kaynes plans a Rs 1,500 crore investment in Chamarajanagar, seeks 20 acres for growth, and considers a PCB unit in Vijayapura. Patil also visited Cyient DLM for future collaborations.
Karnataka's Minister for Large and Medium Industries, M B Patil, has made a strong case for increasing investment in the state by visiting leading electronics manufacturers Kaynes Technologies and Cyient DLM in the Hebbal Industrial Area.
Discussing future expansions, Patil assured company officials of swift governmental support in providing land and other essential facilities. He revealed Kaynes Technologies’ intention to invest Rs 1,500 crore in Chamarajanagar, with plans for a new site to expand operations and efforts to reclassify neighboring land to facilitate this expansion.
While visiting Cyient DLM, Patil explored the company's advanced technological collaborations. He encouraged both companies to explore opportunities for further investment across different regions of Karnataka, emphasizing potential areas for decentralizing industrial growth.
