Samsung Electronics Co. Executive Chairman Jay Y Lee and Hyundai Motor Group Executive Chairman Euisun Chung are poised to hold a crucial meeting with Nvidia Corp CEO Jensen Huang in Seoul. According to a report by Pulse, an English service of Maeil Business News Korea, the executives are gathering in connection with Nvidia's 25th anniversary celebration of the GeForce GPU in Korea.

Sources reveal that the meeting, set to occur after the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit in Gyeongju, expects to explore possibilities for collaboration in semiconductors, autonomous vehicles, and robotics. A dinner meeting, which will include Lee and Chung, is also on Huang's Seoul itinerary.

The report highlights past collaborations, such as Hyundai Motor Group's strategic partnership with Nvidia and Samsung's recent agreement to participate in Nvidia's Stargate Project, aligning with OpenAI and SoftBank Group to further AI infrastructure. These alliances underscore the conglomerates' continued investment in cutting-edge technology.
