Kratikal Tech Strengthens Board With New Independent Directors

Kratikal Tech is enhancing its board of directors with the appointment of three independent directors, as announced on Thursday. This strategic move aims to reinforce the company's governance as it prepares for a proposed listing on the BSE.

The newly appointed directors include Anand Ramanlal Karwa, Shubhi Kesarwani, and Sanjeev Kumar Sinha. Each brings a wealth of experience in different domains essential for Kratikal Tech's growth. Karwa, with over 17 years of experience, is set to chair the audit committee, focusing on finance and accounting, and risk management among other areas.

Kesarwani, founder of GuruJal, and Sinha, with extensive experience in technology development, will contribute to strengthening Kratikal Tech's governance structure as it shifts from a founder-led framework to an institutionalized setup.
