Ixigo Confronts Losses Despite Strong Revenue Growth

Ixigo, a leading travel tech platform, posted a consolidated loss of Rs 3.46 crore for the September quarter, a notable downturn from the Rs 130.85 crore profit reported during the same period last year.
Despite this setback, the company experienced a significant 37% increase in revenue from operations, reaching Rs 282.7 crore, up from Rs 206.5 crore in Q2 FY25. Flight and bus revenue surged 60% and 64% respectively, indicating robust sector performance.
However, total expenses climbed to Rs 290.4 crore, exceeding last year's Rs 191.47 crore. Ixigo's leadership remains confident, emphasizing growth in business lines and AI-driven customer experiences, supported by recent fundraising initiatives.
