Happiest Minds Sees 9% Profit Rise Amid AI Innovations
Happiest Minds Technologies reported a 9% increase in net profit for the September quarter, with new AI-driven projects contributing significantly. Revenue also rose by 9.95%. The firm added 30 new clients in H1, aiming for significant future revenue. An interim dividend was declared.

Happiest Minds Technologies, an IT firm based in Bengaluru, has announced a 9% rise in its consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 54 crore for the September quarter, compared to Rs 49.5 crore during the same period last year, as per the latest regulatory filing.
Revenue from operations increased by 9.95% to Rs 573.57 crore, up from Rs 521.64 crore a year before. Sequentially, however, profit declined by 5.4%, while revenue grew by 4.3%.
CEO Joseph Anantharaju highlighted the company's success in Generative and Agentic AI, citing 22 transformative use cases that have led to GenAI Business Services. A new sales unit has added 30 clients in H1, forecasting $50-60 million in revenue over three years. The company announced an interim dividend and noted a slight decrease in shares post-announcement.
