The Indian women's cricket team is gearing up for an exciting tour of South Africa, where they will engage in a highly-anticipated one-off Test match from December 20 to 23, followed by a three-match ODI series. Cricket South Africa announced these fixtures, highlighting cities like Gqeberha, Potchefstroom, Bloemfontein, and Cape Town as key venues.
The Proteas will face India in the ICC Women's Championship ODI series from December 9 to 15. The JB Marks Oval in Potchefstroom will host the first match, followed by matches at the Mangaung Oval and Newlands Cricket Ground. This tour marks only the fourth red-ball contest between these nations and the second women's Test in Gqeberha since 1960.
South Africa will also welcome the Australian women's team for a series from March to April 2027, featuring three T20Is, ODIs, and a Test. The fixtures will unfold across various locations, showcasing cricketing talents across continents and underscoring the evolution of women's cricket on the international stage.
