PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi is set to visit Colombo for the highly anticipated Pakistan-India T20 World Cup match on Sunday. This visit, prompted by a brief boycott incident, aims to foster discussions with ICC officials and repair strained relations.

Accompanying Naqvi will be senior PCB figures, including Pakistan Super League CEO Salman Naseer and COO Sumair Ahmed. The Group A clash is scheduled to take place at the R Premadasa Stadium.

Relations between the ICC and Pakistan had suffered after government directives prevented Pakistan's team from playing in Colombo. Following diplomatic efforts, Pakistan reversed its decision, opting to compete against India. The visit offers an opportunity for impromptu talks between leading cricket officials.
