Authorities suspect the leaking gas ignited upon contact with a lit lamp in the prayer room, sparking the fire. The injured individual was swiftly transported to a private hospital for urgent medical care. His condition remains critical, an official stated.
The Beed Municipal Council's Fire Brigade responded promptly, extinguishing the blaze and preventing its spread to nearby homes.
