Realty giant DLF Ltd has made headlines by selling 221 super-luxury flats for nearly Rs 16,000 crore in its upscale housing project 'The Dahlias' in Gurugram, tapping into strong market demand.
Launched in October last year, the 17-acre 'The Dahlias', located at DLF Phase 5, comprises 420 high-end apartments and penthouses, and is part of DLF's strategy to leverage its esteemed land bank and benefit from rising home ownership trends. Current sales bookings for the project stand at Rs 15,818 crore.
Though DLF noted a 15% dip in consolidated net profit for Q2, it continues to showcase resilience in both the residential and commercial markets, bolstered by forthcoming projects and the robust performance of 'The Dahlias'.
