Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd, a prominent real estate developer, has announced a new partnership for a lucrative housing project in Vadodara, with projected revenues surpassing Rs 700 crore.
On Wednesday, the company filed a regulatory statement revealing its entry into the Vadodara residential market through this large-scale horizontal development project.
Priyansh Kapoor, CEO and Whole Time Director of Arvind SmartSpaces, emphasized that this is the firm's 23rd project in Gujarat, which aligns with their strategic aim of expanding their presence in high-potential markets.
