Pakistan's Diplomatic Gambit: Bridging US-Iran Tensions

Field Marshal Asim Munir, Pakistan's Chief of Defence Forces, visited Tehran for crucial discussions aimed at easing tensions between Iran and the United States. The high-level visit marks a significant diplomatic effort by Islamabad following a ceasefire agreement between the conflicting nations.

During his visit, Munir met with Iranian counterparts, including Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf and officials from the Revolutionary Guards. The discussions centered on the ongoing regional conflict, with both sides expressing a commitment to peace and stability.

The Pakistani delegation also engaged with Iran's Foreign Minister, with conversations focusing on bridging differences over nuclear issues.
