AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi expressed grave concern over US President Donald Trump’s pronouncement of an intended military invasion, urging Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to actively work towards halting the Iran conflict that affects many Indians in Gulf countries.

Owaisi remarked that the escalation under Trump could have severe implications for India, with its citizens populating Gulf countries. He criticized the proposed Uniform Civil Code in India, arguing it violates the constitutional guarantee of religious freedom, and accused it of targeting minorities under the guise of the Hindu Code Bill.

President Trump lauded the US military’s operation against Iran, citing a decisive debilitation of Iran’s military prowess, including its naval and air capabilities. He emphasized the United States’ strategic gains, noting the destruction of missile and drone facilities, projecting a narrative of overwhelming victory.
