In a strategic move to bolster its governance, Uttarakhand's government expanded its cabinet with five new ministers on Friday. The swearing-in ceremony took place at Lok Bhavan in Dehradun, marking a significant moment in the state's political landscape.

The ceremony was presided over by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and attended by Governor Gurmeet Singh. The newly inducted ministers include Khajan Das, Madan Kaushik, Pradeep Batra, Bharat Chaudhary, and Ram Singh Kaira, representing various constituencies across the state.

This cabinet expansion follows extensive evaluations of the MLAs' performances, filling five ministerial roles that were previously vacant.
