At a press conference with his French counterpart, Wadephul asserted that external military intervention is not the solution given the Iranian regime's notorious brutality and ruthlessness.
He emphasized that change must emerge from within Iran, citing positive internal attempts and ongoing discussions with opposition groups as steps forward.
