Modi's Strategic Visit to Assam: Kokrajhar Projects Unveiled Virtually

Prime Minister Narendra Modi touched down in Guwahati on Friday afternoon for a scheduled two-day visit to Assam. Originally planned to head to Kokrajhar first, his itinerary changed due to adverse weather conditions, delaying his arrival in Guwahati until the evening.
Officials noted that Modi's visit to Kokrajhar was canceled because of heavy rain. Consequently, the Prime Minister will virtually inaugurate projects in Kokrajhar valued at over Rs 4,570 crore, doing so from Guwahati instead.
This move highlights Modi's adaptability in fulfilling commitments to regional development, despite unforeseen weather challenges.
