Anbumani Ramadoss, a prominent leader of the Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK), has called on the people of Tamil Nadu to vote out the ruling Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) party in the upcoming Assembly elections.

In a pointed critique, Ramadoss highlighted alarming crime statistics under the DMK's tenure, emphasizing on the drastic rise in crimes against women and children. He stated that over the last five years, the state witnessed 8,752 murder cases, marking it with the highest crime rate in India.

Addressing a rally in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Ramadoss blamed the DMK for promoting a negative culture of liquor consumption through TASMAC, attributing it to increased health issues and road mishaps. He urged the electorate to support the NDA under AIADMK's Edappadi K Palaniswami to ensure a safer future for the younger generation.
