Uttar Pradesh Honors Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya on 'Samarpan Diwas'

In a solemn tribute, Uttar Pradesh Jal Shakti Minister Swatantra Dev Singh honored Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya on Wednesday, marking his death anniversary as 'Samarpan Diwas'.
