Uttarakhand CM Inaugurates Winter Carnival, Highlights State's Development and Cultural Values

In a vibrant celebration of culture and development, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami made a notable appearance at the Winter Carnival in Khatima.
