During a rally in Sirpur Kagaznagar, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis accused the Congress party in Telangana of divisive politics. He argued that their approach sowed discord among communities and likened it to pre-Independence strategies that led to national division.

Fadnavis highlighted BJP's triumphs in Maharashtra's municipal elections, emphasizing the party secured 240 of 280 municipalities. The chief minister forecasted similar success for BJP in Telangana's upcoming urban polls, critiquing Congress and BRS for fiscal mismanagement and hindering regional prosperity.

Fadnavis urged voters to empower BJP for local development, citing initiatives like Smart Cities and Amrit Bharat. He stressed the importance of cooperation from local governments and expressed confidence in BJP's ability to bring about transformative progress in Telangana.
