AIADMK's Promises: A Vision for Growth and Social Welfare

Edappadi K Palaniswami, AIADMK General Secretary, announced new poll promises on Wednesday, offering a vision of enhanced social welfare. The monthly social security pensions are set to rise to Rs 2,000, and education loans will be waived for eligible candidates. These initiatives aim to support various marginalized groups if AIADMK secures governance.

Further commitments include supplying three free LPG gas cylinders annually to ration card holders and financial assistance for Jallikattu events, with the goal of boosting regional sports and supporting local traditions. Interest-free loans will be available for minority women entrepreneurs, while similar financial aid will be extended to the differently-abled.

Addressing allegations of corruption, Palaniswami defended the party's integrity, referencing his legal clearance and challenging critics like TVK Chief Vijay. AIADMK, aligned with the NDA, continues its robust political campaign alongside allies like Tamilaga Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam and New Justice Party, preparing for the upcoming Tamil Nadu elections.
