In a surprising twist in Dhanbad, former BJP MLA Sanjeev Singh has thrown his hat into the ring, running against the party's chosen candidate, Sanjiv Agarwal, for the coveted mayor office. The elections, covering 48 urban local bodies, are slated for February 23.
