Trump says he had a 'nice conversation' with Canada's Carney amid trade tensions

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Thursday he had a "very nice" conversation with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney when the two attended a dinner in South Korea amid a heated trade spat between the two neighbours.
Trump, speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One, did not elaborate on the conversation. Before landing in South Korea he had posted on social media that he was not coming to see Canada.
