Tragedy Strikes Jaipur Factory: Fatal Fire Incident

A tragic incident occurred in Jaipur's Kartarpura industrial area on Wednesday evening. A fire broke out at an electrical equipment manufacturing unit, leading to the death of a woman worker and causing serious injuries to two others, as confirmed by the local police.

The deceased woman has been identified as Goma Devi, a native of Uttar Pradesh. The injured individuals, Abhishek and Manoj, originally from Bihar, were rushed to Sawai Man Singh Hospital, where they are currently receiving medical attention. The fire allegedly ignited when sparks from an operational furnace ignited a blaze, rapidly spreading across the factory premises.

Nearby residents, enshrouded in thick smoke, contacted emergency services immediately. Firefighters managed to contain the fire after an hour and a half of rigorous efforts. The police have initiated a probe and are interrogating the factory owner for further details.
