Interstate Gang Busted: 20 kg Hash Oil Seized in Warangal

In a significant crackdown, Warangal police apprehended four members of an interstate gang attempting to smuggle 20 kg of hash oil, valued at Rs 2.5 crore, authorities revealed on Tuesday.
Acting upon precise intelligence, police teams captured the suspects from Odisha and Andhra Pradesh near the railway goods shed vicinity, close to the Warangal bus stand. The group was reportedly preparing for a covert trip to Mumbai with the illegal substance.
During the arrest, police uncovered 20 kg of hash oil, which the suspects planned to distribute in Mumbai, said Warangal Police Commissioner Sunpreet Singh. The investigation traced back the operation to the prime accused and other gang members, allegedly involved in ganja cultivation and illegal sale.
