Corruption Scandal Leads to Rajasthan SDM's Suspension

Kajal Meena, a Sub-Divisional Magistrate in Rajasthan, has been suspended following her arrest on corruption charges.
Meena, serving as SDM in Karauli, was apprehended by the Anti-Corruption Bureau after allegedly accepting a bribe for a land dispute decree.
This suspension, governed by Rule 13 of the Rajasthan Civil Services Rules 1958, comes in response to the offense under the Prevention of Corruption Act, with two others also implicated in the scheme.
