Justice Sought in Kheda: Police Detain Eight in Shocking Gang Rape Case
Eight men aged 19 to 26 were arrested in Kheda, Gujarat, for allegedly raping and blackmailing a 17-year-old girl multiple times since 2023. The main accused recorded videos, blackmailed her, and involved others. Legal action under BNS and POCSO Act is underway against the accused, with one still missing.

Police in Gujarat's Kheda district have swiftly acted to detain eight men, aged 19 to 26, accused of heinously raping and blackmailing a 17-year-old girl on various occasions since 2023.
Superintendent of Police Vijay Patel revealed that the main accused, Parvez Khan Pathan, used recorded videos to blackmail the victim, involving other accused in the crime.
Legal proceedings under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and POCSO Act are ongoing as police continue to seek justice for the victim, with one suspect still at large.
