Tragic Sewer Mishap Claims Two Lives in Nuh District
Two sanitation workers died after inhaling toxic gases while cleaning a sewer line in Nuh district. A third worker is hospitalized. An FIR has been filed against the contractor, who is currently absconding, and two Public Health Department officials hold responsibility for the negligence.

In a tragic incident, two sanitation workers lost their lives due to toxic gas inhalation while cleaning a sewer line in Nuh district's Ferozepur Jhirka area, police reported on Wednesday.
The fatalities occurred near Ambedkar Chowk on National Highway 248A, involving workers Abdul Kalam from Uttar Pradesh and Kalwa from Haryana's Palwal district. A third worker, Arbaz, has been hospitalized in critical condition at Al Afia Civil Hospital.
The police registered an FIR against contractor Taufiq and two officials from the Public Health Department, as the contractor was reported absconding following the incident.
