In a recent controversy, FIRs were lodged against RJD spokespersons Priyanka Bharti and Kanchana Yadav, following social media post allegations. The pair stands accused of sharing a video linking a Madhya Pradesh incident to contentious labor protests in Noida.
Authorities claim the shared video, posted widely on platforms like @ItsKtyni on X and a Facebook account under Jitendra Sharma Dausa, falsely presented events in Noida. Reportedly, this led to misinformation, inciting tension among protestors.
Amidst these allegations, thousands of Noida factory workers joined protests demanding better wages, some turning violent. While police actions during these demonstrations face scrutiny, they insist on using only 'mild force' to manage the unrest.
