Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin has launched a fierce critique against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the NDA government, drawing attention to the ongoing LPG crisis and controversial language policy impositions. Addressing a rally, Stalin challenged the Union Education Minister and questioned the BJP's resolve to implement the three-language policy in Tamil Nadu.
Stalin rebuked the ruling party for the indefinite waits for cooking gas cylinders faced by the public, questioning the PM's accountability on these pressing issues. He emphasized that the policy, in the guise of educational reform, is a covert strategy to embed Hindi in non-Hindi-speaking regions, defying Tamil Nadu's cultural and linguistic autonomy.
The Chief Minister also highlighted the breach of federal principles as education funds remain withheld unless the three-language policy is accepted. He accused the NDA of imposing Hindi in disguise of linguistic diversity, insisting Tamil Nadu will resist such impositions to protect its constitutional rights.
