The FBI claims that Yih-Shyan Liaw, Ruei-Tsang Chang, and Ting-Wei Sun were involved in a plot to sell servers valued in the billions, which integrate sensitive and controlled graphic processing units, to buyers in China. This, the FBI alleges, constitutes a violation of U.S. export control laws.
