Madras High Court Upholds e-Tender Conditions for Tamil Nadu Elections

The Madras High Court has ruled against petitions challenging the conditions of an e-tender for live webcasting in Tamil Nadu's polling and counting stations, a decision tied to the upcoming assembly elections.
