The Anti-Corruption Bureau, acting on a complaint by the tipper truck owner, apprehended the officers after they demanded monthly bribes totaling Rs 50,000. The complaint detailed that Jadhav had previously accepted Rs 10,000. Dissatisfied with the ongoing demands, the truck owner turned to the authorities for justice.
