Iran has announced it will retaliate by targeting U.S. and Israeli economic interests in the region following an attack on one of its banks. The threat was made by a spokesperson from the Khatam ol Anbia joint command.
State media quoted Ebrahim Zolfaqari, who condemned the U.S. military and Israeli actions as terrorist and cruel. He indicated that the response would focus on banking interests connected to these countries.
The spokesperson further advised locals in the region to steer clear of banks associated with the U.S. and Israeli entities, citing potential risks amid the ongoing tension.
