Former Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia has leveled stern accusations against Prime Minister Narendra Modi's administration, claiming that it continues to hound opposition figures with false legal cases. Despite judicial rulings favoring the accused, Sisodia insists that the ruling party's actions expose a shameless disregard for truth and justice.
The Delhi High Court recently sought responses from former chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, Sisodia, and other individuals after the Central Bureau of Investigation challenged a favorable trial court decision concerning the liquor policy case. Sisodia remains resolute, declaring that the judiciary's stance reveals the baseless nature of the charges.
Furthermore, Sisodia pointed a critical finger at the Modi-led government's actions since the onset of the CBI case, bemoaning attempts to prolong a similar case under the Enforcement Directorate. He asserted that blessings and truth shield those unjustly targeted, reiterating confidence in judicial fairness after personally enduring incarceration tied to these legal battles.
