The National People's Congress Standing Committee, the paramount legislative body in China, is also planning revisions to central bank oversight and banking regulation laws, alongside efforts to bolster research on artificial intelligence legislation.
This work report has been submitted for deliberation at the ongoing annual sessions of the parliament, highlighting China's legislative focus on combating corruption and updating financial regulation.
